Bible Minor Scholarship in Memory of Rev. Michael J. Holt

Established in 2011 by an anonymous donor, this endowed one-time scholarship was created to honor the legacy of Michael Holt and to encourage students who live according to the values he represented. Recipients must be sophomore, junior or senior students who have demonstrated financial need and cumulative grade average of 2.5 and 2.8 in Bible minor classes. Recipients must be enrolled in Bible minor classes for the semesters in which they receive the scholarship and demonstrate a passion for those classes. Candidates must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if interested in the scholarship. The Director of Financial Aid in consultation with the Dean of the School of Biblical and Theological Studies, Director of Discipleship Ministries, and Associate Dean for Student Leadership Development selects the recipients.
