Burris Logistics Computer Science Award

Established in 2005 by Burris Information Technology, this annually funded scholarship was created to assist rising sophomore, junior, and senior computer science students with a cumulative grade average of 3.3 or above who have demonstrated exemplary character in their personal,spiritual, and academic pursuits. Recipients may be evaluated based upon the following factors: demonstration of financial need, participation in community service and ministry opportunities, and contributions to the advancement of the computer science program. Candidates must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if interested in the scholarship. The Computer Science faculty selects the recipients, with approval from the Dean of the School of Engineering and Computer Science.
